I’m a Certified Coach Practitioner who is passionate about helping clients set and achieve their goals, make better life choices and take a positive approach towards their own personal growth.
I came to coaching from a unique, yet complimentary, background. After graduating from the University of Manitoba with my Bachelor of Arts degree (Hons Psych), I attended Queen’s University to complete my degree in Law (LLB). With an interest in Criminal Law, I completed my articles with the Ministry of the Attorney General – Crown Attorney’s office. I became licensed as a lawyer upon my call to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
My love for working with people, diverse in personalities, challenges and goals, drew me to pursue studies in Alternative Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management and as such, I have completed training through the Conrad Grebel College at the University of Waterloo and am a Masters of Law (LLM) candidate at Osgoode Hall Law School – York University.
Growing, changing, and making improvements in your life can be difficult processes. I truly believe that having a kind and understanding coach, who at the same time will really challenge you, can make all the difference. As your coach, I’m here for you as a support and guide as you move forward along your journey towards balanced wellness.
